The caption in the yearbook reads, "Diet Therapy--This course promotes an understanding of the importance of diet therapy and its relation to patient care. It is a continuation of the course in nutrition, which includes food preparation, planning and serving." The 1955 yearbook was the last one published. Its believed the School of Nursing closed in 1955 or shortly after.
