In his 40+ years at UT Southwestern, Dr. Donald Pool served on the faculty in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in the Division of Psychology. When he joined the faculty in 1962, Pool acted as the staff psychologist in the physical medicine department. In 1966, he became Chair of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. With the establishment of the School of Allied Health Professions, Pool was appointed Chair of Rehabilitation Science in 1972. This photo appeared in the 1963 medical school yearbook, "Iatros."
