In this photo, Dr. Andrew "Drew" Gaffney (left), the payload specialist for the STS-40 mission in 1991, and Sheila Gaffney (right) pose with President George H. W. Bush. Dr. Gaffney worked at UT Southwestern from 1979-1992. He was part of the Internal Medicine faculty and specialized in Cardiology.
