In this photo, three medical students are walking in front of the Skillern Student Union, circa 1965. The Skillern Student Union, which opened in 1965, was named in recognition of support from the Skillern Family for its construction. It was expanded with an addition several years later. After completion of the new Bryan Williams, M.D. Student Center in 2002, it was renovated to house offices, including the Registrar and Student and Alumni Affairs.
