Catharine Schulze was the secretary for five deans at UT Southwestern: William Lee Hart, M.D.; Carl A. Moyer, M.D.; Atticus J. Gill, M.D.; George N. Aagard, M.D.; and Charles C. Sprague, M.D. According to the October 1971 issue of the UT Southwestern Medical School at Dallas "Newsletter" (the campus newspaper prior to "Center Times"), she was named Historian and Assistant to the Dean in 1969. She researched and wrote a history and chronology titled "What Happened During 1943-1968: The First Twenty-Five Years at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas". The book, which was not published, is available in the archives.
