Parkland Hospital occupied this brick building at 3819 Maple Avenue from 1913 to 1954. The center section, with the grand main entrance, was opened in 1913. Wings were added to the side and back through the years as the need for space increased. The porch over the entrance was enclosed in the 1950s.
