In 1974, Texas Governor Dolph Briscoe and Mrs. Briscoe visited the UT Health Science Center at Dallas. They were escorted on a tour of campus by President Charles Sprague. In this photo, the three walk across the McDermott Plaza, with the McDermott Administration Building in the background. At the time of their visit, the campus expansion project was nearing completion.
