The Southwestern Medical College Library occupied this building from 1948 to 1955, when it moved to the Cary Building on Harry Hines Blvd. (Note: Although this item was digitized from an original photograph in the UT Southwestern Archives, this image also appears in the Southwestern Medical College 1948 yearbook, "Caduceus.")
