Description

This aerial view shows most of the two-square-block St. Paul campus circa 1936. Behind the hospital, facing San Jacinto Street, are the Nurses' Home and School (the H-shaped building) and the adjacent Free Clinic building. Across Hall Street from the main hospital building is the imposing Baylor Dental College building. This photo can be dated by the construction of Mary's Manor, seen facing Pavilion Street on the left (next to the wooden Victorian-style building). Mary's Manor originally provided housing for nurses.
